Helen currently runs her own business consultancies which specialise in providing business advice, strategy, funding and planning services to help businesses grow during their start-up and scale-up phases. She is an Ambassador for Transmit Start-Ups and works closely with the team to advise and mentor start-up companies through their loan application process and first years of trading. Helen has over 30 years experience in general business advice plus owned and managed her first small businesses at the age of 20. She has a BSc (Hons) in Microbial Genetics and an MBA.
