Over 600 students, educators and entrepreneurs from across the UK (and beyond) gathered in Liverpool last weekend for the Student Enterprise Conference 2015.

The weekend was bursting with inspiring talks, informative workshops, and opportunities to network with other like minded delegates. The event, delivered by NACUE and Santander, featured inspirational talks from the big names in entrepreneurship, including Ella Jade (Founder of Ella Jade Interiors and BBC Apprentice 2014 Candidate), Ella Romanos (Cofounder of Strike Game Labs) and Ben Towers (the 16 year old founder of Towers Design). See the full programme here.

As well as inspiring speeches from those who’ve been there and done it, delegates also had the chance to learn new practical skills and knowledge. Delegates learnt how to pitch products to retailers, how to unleash their leadership potential and even took part in a two hour coding workshop!

We also launched our brand new membership scheme NACUE Talent! We invited conference members to be pioneers and to help us build this service together. Find out more about how you can be part of it.

It’s been fantastic for us at NACUE to see the growth of the Student Enterprise Conference over the last few years (when we started in 2010 we had 80 delegates). The growing number of students attending really highlights a growing interest in enterprise and entrepreneurship from the ground up at colleges and universities. Long may it continue!

You can see a large selection of our pictures from the weekend over on our Facebook page.
