We invite senior Knowledge and Technology Transfer professionals to participate in this expert panel session, examining the future of commercialisation in Higher Education.

Leading professionals will debate questions like:

Should commercialisation be classed by HEIs as a core activity?

Should commercialisation professionals be working more closely with the universities’ core mission such as research and teaching?

Would it be beneficial if more expertise is shared by universities?

Delegates will be able to:

Hear from experienced commercialisation professionals, exchange views, approaches and strategies

Debate the pros and cons of different approaches to commercialisation in Higher Education

Discuss current inter-institutional activities in this area and contemplate the benefits of working together in London at this challenging time

The expert panel will be chaired by Alison Campbell OBE, Managing Director of King’s College London Business Ltd.

The panellists include:

Dr James Wilkie, Director, Research and Commercial Services, University of Birmingham

Keith Robson, Director of Research and Enterprise Services, University of Surrey
