On November 15th we’re partnering with Enternships to host one of the biggest events of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2011: The National Jump Start.
The National Jump Start promises to provide a platform for some of the UK’s most enterprising students and graduates to kickstart their entrepreneurial careers.
Speakers include marketing mastermind Dan Sodergren, who will train students to develop their own personal brands, and Melody Hossaini (The Apprentice, season 7), who will lead a motivational workshop and answer questions from our young entrepreneurs. Constantin Bjerke, CEO and Founder of online video-magazine Crane.tv, will also be joining the panel to share his experience and expertise.
Minister for Business and Enterprise Mark Prisk will be participating in the event and reinforcing the government’s commitment to NACUE – government support will allow NACUE to develop student-led enterprise societies in every university and most colleges in England.
After the event we’ll be co-hosting an after-party at Fabric – come and join us for drinks, awesome music (provided by Mixcloud), and body-painting (if that’s your thing)!
Fabric tickets will cost £15, which includes a free drink
Even better, you can get free entry (but without the drink) if you sign up through Eventbrite and attend the daytime event at South Bank University. Remember to pick up a wristband!
When: November 15th
Where: Keyworth Centre, London South Bank University
Time: 11am – 5pm (first workshop begins at 12pm)
We’ll be streaming the entire event at www.livestream.com/nacuetv so have a look if you can’t make it!
If you have any questions at all please contact our Communications and Events Manager, Erline Chol, at erline@nacue.com.
